Der gemeinnützige Verein a:primo sucht eine Fachperson familienzentrierte Vernetzung (60%) für die Geschäftsstelle Winterthur. Sie arbeiten beim Aufbau des neuen Dienstleistungsangebots, entwickeln Konzepte und Arbeitsinstrumente und beraten Fachpersonen bei der Umsetzung in Gemeinden.
Sie bringen einen Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit mit und idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Netzwerken, Strukturen in Gemeinden und Prävention.
