Stiftung WHL in Winterthur sucht Sozialpädagogin HF/FH (80%), die vier Jugendliche/Junge Erwachsene im Alter von 16 bis 25 Jahren betreut und Fallführung übernimmt. Sie arbeiten selbstständig mit Unterstützung des Teams gemäß der KOSS-Methodik, betreuen Klienten sowohl im Büro als auch extern oder in Wohngruppen und arbeiten eng mit dem Case Management zusammen.
