Stiftung andante Winterthur sucht per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe), FaGe oder Sozialpädagoge/-in HF im Wohnbereich (60–100%).
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Betreuung, Begleitung und Pflege unserer Bewohnenden im Wohnalltag, Planung und Durchführung von Freizeitaktivitäten sowie Bezugspersonenarbeit. Wir erwarten eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Erwachsenen mit Behinderung.
