We are hiring a Senior Mulesoft APIM Flex Gateway Developer for a leading client in Switzerland to support a long-term API migration and operations program.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience building custom policies on Mulesoft Flex Gateway using Rust and who are open to a hybrid working model in Winterthur.
In short:We’re looking for a senior Mulesoft Flex Gateway specialist with Rust custom policy experience and fluent German skills.
Work Model- Hybrid (2-3 days onsite to Winterthur)
- Contract
- Design and develop custom policies using Mulesoft Flex Gateway PDK (Rust)
- Implement API security solutions (OAuth2, mTLS, traffic control, token validation)
- Manage and support APIs through Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
- Collaborate with core platform and product teams during migration phases
- Support knowledge transfer and long-term platform stability
- Strong experience with Mulesoft Flex Gateway
- Solid background in API Management / APIM
- Experience with API security frameworks
- Fluent German (C1 or above) – daily working language
- Availability to work 3–4 days per week onsite in Winterthur
