Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a passionate and sports-enthusiastic Manager Fitness Club (m/f/d) for our club in Winterthur Töss on a 100% basis.

As a Gym Manager at Pure Gym, you take on a key role in leading and further developing your club. You are not only responsible for tasks such as personnel management and budget administration but also play a crucial role in improving performance and optimizing the member experience in your club.

Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

• You implement a proactive leadership approach to create a high-performing and highly engaged culture in your club and act as a role model for your team
• You strive for the highest standards in your club, ensure that quality goals and policies regarding cleanliness, safety, and health protection are met, and conduct regular inspections
• You support and accompany our members in a friendly manner and spread the Pure Gym spirit throughout the facility
• You ensure optimal shift coverage in the club and coordinate your team’s schedules
• You are responsible for personnel recruitment as well as onboarding and training of your team
• You analyze reports, data, and market developments, define strategies considering the budget to achieve your goals and increase your club’s performance
• You regularly lead live group fitness classes and assist in planning and introducing new class schedules

What you ideally bring:

• You have completed training or studies in the sports and fitness field
• Your qualification is recognized by Qualitop Switzerland
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position
• You have very good German skills (at least B2), English and any other language is a plus
• You have a flair for numbers and analytical thinking
• You ideally already have leadership experience
• You are flexible in terms of working hours, including evening and weekend shifts
• You have a high sense of responsibility as well as an independent and proactive working style
• You enjoy working with people and have a strong affinity for fitness, health, and sales
