As an LPN with Intelli Choice, you will provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, including trach and vent‑dependent individuals of all ages. You will work closely with families to ensure the highest quality of care in a safe, comfortable home environment.
Requirements- Current LPN license in North Carolina or a compact state
- Current CPR certification (in‑person only)
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months

LPN Pay Rate (per hour)
$28 - $32 USD
