$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist members with loading items and transporting them; ensure availability of carts/flatbeds
• Assist with member purchases and payments according to company policies; operate cash registers as needed
• Locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve member issues and concerns
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Live Better U is a company-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may apply for certain schedules or work performed.
