As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III – Field Service), you will perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment in a safe and professional manner, with opportunities for growth to higher service technician and leadership roles.

• Safe maintenance and repair of a variety of complex rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer‑owned equipment; maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.
• Assist in training lower‑level technicians as needed.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed through work orders in a complete and timely manner.
• Assist with pick‑up and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 3–5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Strong background knowledge of various engines.
• Must own tools applicable to the position.
• Superior customer‑service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lb.
