Position: Nocturnist Physician Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Nocturnist Physician just north of Boston and be part of a leading hospital medicine group that provides exceptional inpatient care across multiple hospitals in Massachusetts. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary: $280,000 - $325,000 commensurate with experience and shift structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide inpatient medical care as part of a 7-on / 7-off rotation, supporting a balanced work-life schedule.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments,daily rounds, admissions, and discharges.
  • Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation using the Cerner EMR system.
  • Participate in initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM).
  • Valid Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based medicine.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment.
