Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive annual salary: $280,000 - $325,000 commensurate with experience and shift structure.

- Provide inpatient medical care as part of a 7-on / 7-off rotation, supporting a balanced work-life schedule.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments,daily rounds, admissions, and discharges.
- Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation using the Cerner EMR system.
- Participate in initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team satisfaction.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM).
- Valid Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based medicine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment.
