Harvard-affiliated academic healthcare system in Boston as a full-time Nocturnist Physician. This opportunity combines competitive compensation, asupportive hospitalist team, teaching opportunities, and potential academic faculty appointments. Completing your Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency in 2027? We strongly encourage you toapply! New graduates are welcome, and prior hospitalist experience is not required.
- $295,000+ starting salary,with increases based on experience
- Average of 12 shifts permonth
- Approximately 4–5 admissions per shift
- Cross-coverage of 30–40patients
- Team of 9 nocturnistsnightly with sick-call backup
- Opportunities to teach medical students and residents
- Potential academic faculty appointment
- Relocation assistance available
- Weekdays: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- One daytime weekend shift:7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- 2027 residency graduates encouraged to apply
