A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Wisbech for a new build education project worth approximately £20m. You will manage commercial operations, including subcontract procurement, measurements, cost control, and final account settlements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a QS with a Main Contractor, a BSc in Quantity Surveying, and strong communication skills.
This permanent role offers a salary range of £45k-£60k, plus a benefits package.
