We specialise in Groundworks, RC framework construction, Basements, Temporary works, substructures and all associated works such as underpinning, waterproofing etc. and general civils and enabling works.

Job Overview

We are seeking a site-based Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Manager to join our project team. The SHE Manager will be site-based on a large energy from waste (EFW) construction project in WISBECH, PETERBOROUGH and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, internal standards and promoting a safe working environment and good culture. The project is in the early stages and the team will consist of approx 50-70 operatives and subcontractors.

The scope of worksincludes heavy groundworks, bulk and deep excavation, shoring, muckaway, drainage and service ducting installation, concrete chambers, piling attendance, dewatering. Key risks include excavations, plant movements, confined spaces, lifting operations, COSHH and waste management.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate or equivalent
