Class Teacher – caring for students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties at Cambian Home Tree School, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

• Full‑time, term‑time, permanent.
• 40 hours per week.
• Salary: up to £37,000 per annum (DOE).

• Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons to small classes (≤5 pupils) with individualized or small‑group programmes.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs of learners with SEMH challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and teaching assistants to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports and communicate with parents, pupils and colleagues.
• Engage in reflective practice and ongoing professional development.

• Teaching qualification and relevant experience teaching adolescents.
• In‑depth knowledge of the curriculum and effective instructional strategies for learners with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to build positive relationships.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
