Simply Education are proud to be working with a specialist SEND school in Wisbech to recruit a passionate SEND Teacher with a specialism in English or PSHE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs. You'll work with small class sizes, delivering engaging lessons that help students build confidence, develop independence and achieve their full potential.

Whether you're an experienced SEND Teacher or a mainstream teacher with a genuine passion for specialist education, we'd love to hear from you.

As a SEND Teacher, you will:
  • Deliver engaging English or PSHE lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Teach small classes in a supportive, nurturing environment.
  • Help students build confidence, resilience and independence.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents and carers.
  • Promote positive behaviour and create a safe, inclusive classroom.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider school team to achieve the best outcomes for every student.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND, SEMH or additional needs
  • A caring, patient and resilient approach.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping every child succeed.
