We are a leading supplier of potato processing and handling machinery, delivering turnkey solutions to growers, packers, processors, and food manufacturers across the UK and Europe. Our equipment covers complete production lines—from grading and washing to frying and packaging—helping customers improve efficiency, quality, and yield.

We're looking for a technically capable, commercially driven Project Sales Engineer to sell high-value machinery solutions and full turnkey projects. You'll manage the sales process from initial enquiry through technical consultation, proposal, negotiation, and project handover, working closely with engineering and project teams.

• Develop new business with potato processors, packhouses, and food manufacturers
• Grow existing accounts and identify upgrade or expansion opportunities
• Carry out site visits and technical assessments to define tailored solutions
• Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations for full systems
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

• Experience in technical or sales engineering within food processing, capital equipment, or agri-engineering
• Strong technical background (engineering, food technology, or equivalent experience)
• Proven success selling complex, high-value or turnkey solutions
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK with occasional European trips
• Full UK driving licence

• Knowledge of potato or vegetable processing equipment
• Turnkey project sales experience
• Industry contacts within the potato sector
