We're looking for a skilled Night Shift Engineer to join a well-established food manufacturing site on a 4 on / 4 off nights shift pattern.

The role

Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
Support continuous improvement projects to drive performance and reliability
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maintain high standards
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and engineering procedures
About you

Time-served, apprentice-trained, or qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (food industry experience an advantage)
Confident working autonomously on nights and troubleshooting under pressure
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
