A family-run FMCG organisation in Wisbech is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to oversee technicians and conduct maintenance tasks. You will manage PPMs and reactive maintenance, while also training your team. Ideal candidates should possess proven experience as a Senior/Lead Engineer in a manufacturing setting and have skills in electrical fault finding and PLCs.
This role offers a salary between £48,000 - £50,000 along with various benefits such as a company pension and employment sponsorship for eligible candidates.
