Were looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site where engineering is seen as a key part of the operation not just the department that gets called when things go wrong.

Youll be involved in everything from fault finding and breakdowns through to planned maintenance and ongoing improvements across the site.

What youll be doing

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Responding to breakdowns and getting production back up and running
• Carrying out PPMs
• Working on machine reliability and continuous improvement projects
• Supporting production and minimising downtime
• Helping drive engineering standards across the site

What were looking for

• Engineering qualification (NVQ City & Guilds HNC or equivalent)
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Electrical bias would be advantageous
• Someone who enjoys getting stuck in and taking ownership of problems

Backgrounds well consider

Were keen to speak to engineers from food manufacturing FMCG packaging pharmaceutical process industries heavy industry general manufacturing and ex-forces engineering backgrounds.

Dont worry if you havent worked in food before. Were more interested in the engineer than the industry. If youre good at fault finding and keeping equipment running wed like to hear from you.
