Team Leader, Manufacturing ​/ Production

.

Your pay rate as a full time Team Leader on the training 14.60, after the training up to 15.20 . You will be working in cold temperatures (+6 - +8).

Shifts

Wed-Sat / Thu-Sat Times - 5.30am- 5.30pm or 8.15am-8.15pm

Wed-Sat / Thu-Sat Times - 5.15pm- 3.00am or 8.00 pm - 6.00am

Sun-Wed /Sun-Tue Times - 5.15pm- 3.00am or 8.00 pm - 6.00am

Experience is essential

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and organisational skills.

Your role as a Team Leader:

• Lead and supervise a team of operatives on the production line
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Allocate tasks and manage workflow to maximise productivity
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Liaise with supervisors, managers, and other departments as required
• Ensure machinery and equipment are used correctly and reported if faulty

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment (often required)
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
• Attention to detail and quality control
