At Rubix Industrial Services our Insite teams are based directly on-site with our customers playing a critical role in managing and optimising the industrial supply chain. We ensure the right engineering components MRO products and services are always on hand helping reduce downtime improve efficiency and keep industry running smoothly.

Our presence on-site allows us to build strong trusted partnerships and deliver tailored data-driven solutions that add value where it matters most at the heart of our customers operations!

Job Location: Wisbech

About the Role:

• Generate and follow up on customer quotations
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and manage back orders to ensure on-time in-full delivery
• Support the operational team by converting spare parts and consolidating customer supply chains to Rubix
• Receive and manage daily deliveries ensuring customers receive their orders
• Support the functionality of the team by maintaining stock levels
• Manual Handling of Stocked Products replenishing Satellite store locations

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri - 08:00
-17:00

60 mins break

40 hours per week.

Key Skills Experience & Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing operational or administrative role
• Ideally youll have some background in manufacturing MRO PPE or a trade counter environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles
• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and ERP systems
• Understanding of health and safety requirements
• Relationship building
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving
