Monday to Saturday, between 6:00am and 6:00pm

We are looking for reliable and motivated Factory Operatives to join a busy display production facility in Wisbech. You will work as part of a team producing cardboard displays and promotional products for customers.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Assisting with the production and assembly of cardboard displays
• Preparing, folding, cutting and assembling display components
• Operating basic production equipment safely
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch
• Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Keeping the production area clean and organised
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Good reliability and attendance
• A positive attitude and willingness to work
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous factory or production experience is useful but not essential, as training may be provided

Shifts are available Monday to Saturday between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with part-time opportunities available.
