About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents and create a safe and supportive environment. You will develop tailored care plans, provide medicines safely, and make critical clinical decisions using your professional judgement.
About YouCurrent NMC registration. Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience producing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated, compassionate and person‑centred approach to nursing.
