The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Quality team as a Trainee Quality Engineer.
No prior experience required just strong attention to detail, a logical mindset, and willingness to learn.
You’ll receive full training in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Metrology, supporting precision manufacturing within highly regulated industries.
This is an excellent entry point into a long-term technical career with clear progression.

What You’ll Be Trained In
QA/QC processes and documentation

ISO 13485 (Medical) & IATF 16949 (Automotive) standards

Inspection and measurement techniques

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

CMM operation and basic programming

CT scanning & dimensional data analysis

Use of micrometers, calipers and gauges

Root cause analysis & CAPA

Internal audits & risk assessment

Strong attention to detail

GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)

Logical, methodical approach
