Make a Real Difference. Every Single Day.

Are you passionate about empowering young people to build independence, confidence, and a brighter future?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team supporting young people aged 16–18 (up to 25) living in semi-independent accommodation. These young people may have experienced trauma, family breakdown, exploitation, mental health challenges, or involvement with the care system — and they need consistent, positive adults who truly care.

This is more than a job. It’s a chance to change lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker in semi-independent accommodation, you will:

* Build positive, trusting relationships with young people

* Support young people to develop independent living skills (budgeting, cooking, cleaning, tenancy sustainment)

* Promote education, training, and employment opportunities

* Encourage positive routines, healthy choices, and emotional wellbeing

* Support with appointments, assessments, and multi-agency working

* Complete accurate daily logs, support plans, and risk assessments

* Use trauma-informed and person-centred approaches at all times

* Act as a positive role model, offering guidance, boundaries, and encouragement

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be perfect — you need to be passionate, resilient, and committed.

We welcome applicants who:

* Have experience working with young people, care leavers, or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential)

* Are calm, patient, and confident in challenging situations

* Can work independently and as part of a supportive team

* Have strong communication and organisational skills

* Are committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare

* Hold a full UK driving licence (desirable)

* Are willing to work flexible shifts

Qualifications are welcomed but not essential — we value the right attitude and will support your development.

What We Offer

* Comprehensive induction and ongoing training

* Fully funded mandatory and specialist training (trauma-informed care, safeguarding, mental health, exploitation awareness, de-escalation)

* Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation

* Supportive management and a values-led culture

* Employee wellbeing support

Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All roles are subject to:

* Enhanced DBS check

* Employment references

* Right to work in the UK

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you’re ready to be part of something meaningful and help young people move towards independence with confidence and dignity, we want to hear from you.

Empowering young people. Building futures. Changing lives
