4 on 4 off rotating days & nights 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00

£14.62 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse and production environment in Wisbech. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership and warehouse experience.

Candidates must hold a valid, in‑date Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Bendi licence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure daily targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

• Lead and support a team within a fast‑paced warehouse/production environment
• Ensure daily productivity and operational targets are met
• Monitor quality standards and maintain health & safety procedures
• Allocate workloads and provide guidance to team members
• Operate warehouse equipment when required
• Support with stock movement, pallet handling, and general warehouse duties

• Previous Team Leader or management experience essential
• Valid and in‑date Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Bendi licence required
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example
