Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred

EA (Enrolled Agent) status also considered

Salary - $70-90k annually based on knowledge and experience plus partnership opportunity

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of professional tax preparation experience

Proficiency in tax software (e.g., ATX, Drake, Pro Series, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple returns efficiently

Excellent communication and client service skills

Full time, 40hrs a week
