Collision Repair Technician
Full‑time position at TJ’s Auto & Collision Center, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Join a team that takes pride in quality, craftsmanship, and customer care.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (no weekends). Enjoy a steady schedule and healthy work‑life balance.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for inspection and repair.
- Perform bodywork and refinishing (sanding, masking, color mixing, spray‑booth operations, primers, sealers, clear coats).
- Ensure vehicles are refinished to match OEM color, adhesion, and finish standards.
- Conduct light mechanical repairs related to collision damage.
- Review and follow repair estimates accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience using frame and measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures.
- Minimum 1 year of collision repair experience.
- ASE or I‑CAR certifications.
- Full‑time, steady hours (no weekends).
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
