Senior Personal Business Banker - On-Site in Wisconsin Rapids, WI - Full Time

Work as a trusted financial advisor, assisting both personal and small business clients with banking, lending and cash managment solutions! Our Wisconsin Rapids client, a well-established and reputable financial instutition, is seeking a charismatic and knowledgable Senior Personal Business Banker with previous banking experience.

Will be responsible for:

• Building and growing relationships with both personal and small business clients
• Conducting financial needs assessments in order to best recommend the best solutions
• Opening and servicing accounts (ex. checking, savings, loans, lines of credit, merchant services)
• Partnering with other departments within the bank to assist with financial solutions
• Pursuing new business opportunities via referrals, networking and outreach
• Meeting and exceeding sales, growth and service goals
• Resolving complex client issues
• Adhering to banking regulations, compliance requirements and internal policies
• Mentoring and supporting junior bankers and branch staff
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records

This is a full time opportunity; will work between two locations in the Wisconsin Rapids area; pay is a base plus incentives and is negotiable based on experience. Will typically work 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday with occassional time on some Saturdays to attend events.

• Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years experience in banking
• Strong knowledge of small business banking products, lending and cash management experience
• Proven client relationship building ability
• Great communication and problem solving skill
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and regulatory standards
• Preferred (but not required) experience includes background in managing a small business client portfolio, as well as prevoius leadership background and familiarty with CRM and banking platforms
