Aspirus At Home in Wisconsin Rapids and Portage, WI is seeking a MANAGER- HOME HEALTH to join our field team!

The Manager of Home Health provides leadership, direction, and administration for one or more home health branch and/or drop site locations to assure quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and financial viability.

HOURS:

Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, Day shift with on call rotation on evenings and weekend as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from accredited school required (BSN).
• Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
• Two or more years’ experience in home health care is strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience strongly desired.
• Valid and current Wisconsin or Michigan Registered Nurse license or compact license.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) training through independent study, manikin and knowledge testing. An acceptable CPR training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED.

• Is able to travel to patient/client homes to provide patient/client care and/or supervisory visits.
• Possesses a valid Driver’s License required.
• Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.
• Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively to develop and implement organizational strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Aspirus at Home is a part of the Aspirus health system and is a nonprofit, Medicare-certified home health agency that serves 14 north central Wisconsin counties. We offer services in northern and central Wisconsin, Minnesota and parts of the UP.
