Join Eden Senior Care as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant at Edenbrook Wisconsin Rapids, a skilled nursing facility within the Eden Senior Care Network. You will provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations.
Sign‑on Bonus: $3500
Primary
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
- Provide treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Instruct families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Communicate with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
