Resident Assistant / Caregiver (NIGHT SHIFT)
Welcome to Wellington Place of Biron and be part of our supportive and dynamic team as a Resident Assistant / Caregiver. This role offers opportunities to grow personally and professionally while enhancing the lives of residents in a 30‑bed CBRF community.
Employer‑paid training is provided, and no special certifications or licenses are required. You can advance your career toward becoming a state Certified Nursing Assistant, fully funded by Wellington Place of Biron.
Base Pay Range$16.00/hr – $18.00/hr (subject to shift differential for 2:00 pm–10:00 pm and 10:00 pm–6:00 am)
Shifts- 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (currently hiring Part‑time)
- 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (currently hiring Full‑time and Part‑time)
- 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (currently hiring Full‑time and Part‑time)

- Provide routine resident care
- Observe residents and alert staff to changes
- Offer conversation and companionship
- Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker
- Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Assist with feeding
- Perform light cleaning and linen changes
- Hiring manager will contact you within 1‑2 business days of application submission
- Complete one or two interviews and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor
- Upon receiving the job offer, review the job description and complete onboarding paperwork via the Paycor app
- Receive name badge, keys, and tour of the community
- Attend paid New‑Hire Orientation
- Receive continuous training from a mentor as you provide exceptional care to residents
