Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Back Up Caregiver to provide essential support and care. This role is vital for ensuring the well‑being, safety, and comfort of one of our members, especially during times when primary caregivers are unavailable. As a Back Up Caregiver, you will deliver personalized assistance with daily activities, meal prep when needed, and this position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with diverse care needs while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities- Assist member with bathroom needs and toileting
- Assist with transfer needs, provide standby support
- Empty catheter and catheter care
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry
- Meal prep
Hands‑on experience with caregiving tasks such as assisting with ADLs, meal preparation, and light cleaning. Dependable, passionate, pet friendly, and accepts occasional smoking in the home.
