The Packaging Line Operator ensures the efficient operation of assigned packaging lines under normal supervision. This role is responsible for equipment setup, adjustments, quality checks, product flow, and maintaining safe and sanitary work practices throughout the packaging process.

Ensures the efficient operation of the packaging lines assigned under normal supervision.

• Operate, set up, and adjust all equipment on assigned packaging lines, including conveyors, scales, case formers, sealers, and coupon machines.
• Perform product changeovers, quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor and maintain scale performance, ensuring proper calibration, accurate weights, and consistent product flow.
• Maintain packaging supplies, prevent contamination, and keep equipment and work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with GMP and sanitation standards.
• Identify and report quality or production issues and participate in continuous improvement and factory cleanups.
• Complete all required reports and perform other duties as assigned.

• Requires mental and manual skill, initiative, and independence.
• Requires constant care to avoid moderate product loss and considerable care to avoid major injury.
• Requires visual alertness and exposure to loud noise.
• Requires forklift certification.
