** We are currently looking for a Palletizing Operator to join our team at our Plover, WI – Appetizers Facility.
** About the role
** As a Palletizing Operator, you will operate and maintain palletizing systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of robotic and conveyor equipment, while ensuring product flow, safety, quality, and cleanliness. You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations on the production floor by supporting equipment reliability, coordinating with team members, and maintaining high standards for workplace organization.

** Statement of Job
** The Palletizing Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotic palletizing systems and conveyor equipment. This includes creating pallet patterns, transporting pallets via forklift, managing product flow, and ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness. The role supports continuous improvement, equipment care, and team coordination to maintain efficient and consistent operations.
