Press Operator

Join our unionized pressroom team as a Press Operator. In this hands‑on role, you’ll operate and maintain Mitsubishi 40-inch, Hamada 21-inch, and Ryobi sheet‑fed offset presses, ensuring every job meets Fey’s standards of quality and precision. Our team works collaboratively in a supportive, safety‑focused environment where contributions are recognized and valued.

• Set up, operate, and maintain Mitsubishi 40″, Hamada 21″, and Ryobi sheet‑fed offset presses
• Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and quality; make adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve press issues to minimize downtime
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Accurately follow work orders, job tickets, and schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; adhere to all safety policies
• Log production and maintenance data as required
• Follow all union and company standard operating procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in printing a plus
• Prior experience operating sheet‑fed offset presses strongly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret job instructions and schedules
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Full‑time:
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 37.5 hours per week
• Overtime as needed according to production schedule and union agreement
