Hours:
Monday - Friday - Nights 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm


Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 starting with opportunities for wage increases based on meeting additional criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sets up assigned line for operation in allotted time.
  • Starts, stops, sets up, and cleans machinery according to operational requirements.
  • Performs daily line inspection and reports findings to the Supervisor and/or Retail Manager.
  • Checks raw materials for quality and quantity before loading into machine.
  • Must ensure all Line staff follow proper production specifications, providing training and guidance to the production line members.
  • Must be willing and able to train other operators as needed.
  • Is responsible for packaging integrity and quality checks on each packaging order
  • Tracks line productivity including spillage, throughput, yield and any other critical parameters.
  • Properly reports downtime, labor and materials used to Production Control.
Position Requirements:
  • Must be able to Lead a crew and set example for Company values.
  • Must represent as a respectable role model within the department.
  • Must be a self-starter motivated and show leadership ability.
  • Must be able to think on their feet and must have a mechanical aptitude.
  • Must be able to work under a timeline and meet that timeline.
  • Ability to keep focus in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Must be certified to operate a forklift.
