RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation

• 36 guaranteed hours per week (13-week contract)

• Float requirements to alike units within skillset including Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior

• 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with average daily census of 28

• Patient ratios: maximum 5 patients on days/evenings (average
4), maximum 7 patients on nights

• No on-call or call back requirements

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS

• Minimum 2+ years of Med Surg experience required

• EPIC charting experience preferred

• ADN or BSN degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred

• Professional-colored scrubs required

• Must be willing to work independently, manage tasks timely, and collaborate with team members

• Positive attitude and flexibility required for managing constant changes during shifts

• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours

• May be placed on call for low census hours which count toward low census allowance
