Required:
1+ year ED in CAH/similar setting or 2 years ED experience if first-time traveler Must be comfortable with limited resources Must be willing to flex to inpatient Med/Surg (unit opening later) Common Drips:
Heparin, Diltiazem Tele: GE monitors – RNs read own strips RT:
No onsite RT – RN assists with intubation, vents, BiPAP/CPAP Diagnostics X-ray & CT: 24/7 (self-transport) MRI:
Mobile unit (limited ED use) Ultrasound: POC available Labs:
Drawn by RN/Techs Floating Required to work ED and inpatient unit (when opened – 10 beds) Possible support shifts at Stevens Point (same-size facility) Dress Code Scrubs:
Solid color (likely Navy Blue; not mandatory yet) Orientation 3 full ED shifts in Stevens Point prior to opening Mandatory CBTs and paperwork during first week Local Rate Local defined as within 80 miles Local rate is $8/hour less
