Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations.

Salary and Schedule Details

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $12.00–$14.00 depending on experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule; average weekly hours 7–10 hours.
• Availability needed during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory and complete required merchandising activities.
• Holiday support:
  Work additional hours around major holidays; on occasion may work on the holiday itself.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, relocations, and resets, often with prior notice.
• Team collaboration:
  Support team members across territories.

Physical Requirements

Work on the sales floor and back stockrooms. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds on occasion, kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs and ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Can operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet plus reliable transportation to travel between stores.
