Base Pay – $14.00/hr to $27.00/hr (hourly wage will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage)
Additional Compensation – performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks.
Job Overview – Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight. Duties are performed mainly in the backroom. Must lift heavy objects >50 pounds; operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts may be required.
Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and stock new freight efficiently.
- Maintain organized backroom inventory.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed.
- Follow safety and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Entry level; no prior experience required.
- Physical ability to lift >50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification preferred.
- Reliability and punctuality.
