• Build client relationships and grow them annually.
• Serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team, while receiving advanced tax training.
• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual platforms (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support
  • All certification levels can provide tax notice services
  • Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

• High school diploma / equivalent or higher.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Comfort working with virtual tools (video, phone, chat).
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
