David J. Frank Landscape Contracting, Inc., the largest landscaper in Wisconsin isadding an experienced
AP Specialist to our Finance Team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in various accounting duties and will work with ourteamsand assist us in delivering quality service to our clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of the landscape/construction industry and have excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and proficiency in problem solving will be required in this high-volume position.
Theprimaryresponsibilities of the AP Specialist are:- Sort AP Mail/Inbox and enter into Vista ERP system.
- Send unapproved invoices to the appropriate person for approval.
- Code invoices to appropriate GL accounts and confirm Approver’s Codes.
- Print Open Invoice Report and assist with prioritization and payment.
- Proactively communicate with Vendors and answer inquiries.
- Send selected payments out daily and update cash reports.
- Prepare and distribute 1099’s at Year End.
- Code and enter Electronic Payments including Credit Cards into Vista ERP system.
- Assist with the development of accounting procedures and financial analysis.
- Demonstrate good judgement in the investigation of problems.
- Consistently show the ability to recognize and deal with priorities.
