Staff Accountant.

• Preparing and uploading daily income journals with accuracy and timeliness.
• Balancing daily revenue, payments, and receivables to ensure data integrity.
• Reconciling cash and credit card activity while investigating discrepancies.
• Working with property finance teams to identify and resolve out-of-balance items.
• Supporting month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Partnering with hotel and corporate leaders to provide financial clarity and accountability.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent experience in hospitality accounting.
• You bring 2+ years of experience in hotel or corporate accounting.
• You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in solving problems.
• You’re proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
• You communicate clearly and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• You take pride in your accuracy, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
