Staff Accountant II at SHINE Technologies

We are looking for a Staff Accountant II to be part of our finance team, contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting. You will support the month‑end close process, account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, and assist with audits and compliance reporting.

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes to ensure timely completion.
• Review and analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Support financial audits and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with capital expenditure tracking and cost reporting.
• Partner with operations to understand production inefficiencies and reflect these in cost structures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support training on revised procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or cost accounting.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing or pharma.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite/SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

$65,000 – $100,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
