• Compensation: $115,000 - $155,000 per year + Annual Bonus + Full Benefits (Good-faith estimated range)

Ashley Furniture is hiring a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager in Blair, WI. This position leads the corporate general ledger team, oversees month-end and year-end close processes, and ensures corporate financial statements conform to US GAAP.

• Financial Close Leadership:
  Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate accounting closes, ensuring timely and accurate ledger reporting.
• US GAAP Compliance:
  Oversee revenue recognition, lease accounting, and asset depreciation in full compliance with US GAAP.
• Internal Controls & SOX:
  Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls, participating in external and internal audit engagements.
• Team Mentorship:
  Manage, coach, and develop a team of senior and staff corporate accountants.
• Executive Reporting:
  Prepare consolidated financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis for executive leadership.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience
  : 7+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Skills
  :
  In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, large enterprise ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and financial reporting tools.
