The following responsibilities, opportunities, and requirements for this position are as follows:

• Responsible for corporate, flow-through (partnerships/S-corporations), individual, and trust tax compliance – Both Federal and multistate.
• Forward thinker who cananticipateclient needs andplanfor quarterly estimates and year-end planning.
• Confidence in leading client communications and establishing relationships with existing clients.
• Lead staff members in performing tax review and compliance work.
• Develop and mentor tax associates by leading training sessions and providing constructive feedback.
• Manage special projects, including transaction work, audits/notices, and internal firmwide initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (minimum)
• Certified Public Accountant license
• 6+ years of public accounting experience
• Manufacturing, construction, distribution, real estate, or service industry experience a plus
• Experience in CCH tax software (Engagement, Axcess, Document, etc.) a plus
