Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant is a key member of the North America Finance organization and is responsible for supporting the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across U.S. operations. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role plays a critical part in the monthly close process, balance sheet management, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and compliance activities.

The Senior Accountant partners closely with accounting, FP&A, operations, payroll, and shared services teams to ensure accurate financial records, maintain strong internal controls, and support the company's financial objectives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys owning processes, solving problems, driving improvements, and developing expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and other accounting transactions

Lead assigned month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

Analyze financial results and investigate variances, trends, and unusual transactions.

Prepare supporting schedules and work papers to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Assist with financial statement preparation and corporate reporting requirements.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and accounting procedures
