Paralegal

An established and growing Wisconsin law firm is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join its team in Fond du Lac. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment while handling a wide range of probate and trust administration matters.

• Prepare and file legal documents related to probate and trust administration.
• Manage case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and court procedures.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, clients, court officials, and third parties such as financial institutions and accountants.
• Track probate timelines, maintain financial records, and prepare asset inventories.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, scheduling, and answering phones.

• 2–5 years of experience in probate and/or trust administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish language skills and tax experience are a plus.
