Executive Administrative Assistant

Position Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks including emails, calls, reporting and file management.
• Coordinate meetings, training, events, travel and other activities as needed.
• Manage expense reporting, invoicing, department timekeeping and other office processes.
• Collect and review data to prepare reports, charts, budgets or presentation materials.
• Order necessary supplies and items for EAU Holdings’ businesses.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
