As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Managing schedules and appointments to support the team.
• Handling correspondence and communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Assisting with general office tasks to keep everything running efficiently.
• Providing support to ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

We're seeking someone who is:
